– The most important criteria for a pack is carrying comfort, and we knew that designing a pack for women would be no exception. We needed good information straight from the source, and our call for knowledge was answered by over eight hundred replies on social media. The resulting carrying system is proportionally smaller but with no compromise on performance and strength. The shoulder straps have been trimmed and reshaped and the hipbelt designed specifically for women. We learned that the sternum strap needed to be as adjustable as possible, so we increased the range of fit, even allowing the strap to be fixed behind the shoulders, giving stability without getting in the way.
