Introduction The Toyota Motor Corporation is a leading global enterprise, generating the eleventh largest revenues in the globe, and representing the third largest automobile manufacturer in the world, after General Motors and the German group Volkswagen (Crown Motors). Toyota is nowadays a leading retailer throughout the world, especially within the United States, and this leading position has been attained due to the company's increased ability to understand the needs of the market and adapt to them. Throughout this project then, the emphasis would be placed on the identification of the various opportunities and threats, as these emerge from the external environment and impact Toyota. These threats and opportunities would be presented, as well as assessed based on the company's ability to respond to them. The initial hypothesis is that the company is sufficiently skilled and capable to adequately address these threats and opportunities.

Many factors can affect it's condition, such as war, new inventions and technology, political assassinations, the discovery of physical and natural resources, labor negotiations, government action, and many others. When the economy is strong and the demand is high, businesses can prosper. Regardless of how great the economy may become, businesses still must compete with other firms for scarce raw materials and labor.

My Teaching Philosophy I believe that education extends far beyond the classroom walls, and involves many more people than students and teachers. People should be learning wherever they go, and should continue learning long after they've graduated from high school or college. The roles of a teacher are so many and so varied that it is impossible to list them all, but one of the most important is preparing students to learn, not only in the classroom, but everywhere, and for the rest of their lives. Learning is not a skill that is necessarily instinctual or easy, and therefore different approaches must be used to make learning easier and more fun for students. Teaching is not a skill that can be memorized or made repetitive, and so teachers must continue to challenge not only their students, but also themselves. Teachers that become complacent in their jobs are not good teachers. Those who can find a way to make an old lesson new and exciting will have an energized classroom, and will be reenergized themselves. Every child is different. That sounds like an obvious statement, but so many ineffective teachers seem to forget this.
