We ask that you allow enough time for your appointment and arrive five minutes early. Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may have to be shortened or rescheduled.
Please inform your therapist if you a pregnant, taking medication, suffer with any allergies or have a medical condition.
Cancellation Policy Your treatment is reserved especially for you. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice otherwise a fee of 50% of the treatment price may be charged.
Mobile Phones As a courtesy to other clients, we request that your mobile phone be switched off during your visit to the salon.
Personal Valuables Please take care of your valuables, as we cannot accept liability for any losses or damage.
Gift Vouchers The perfect gift to suit any occasion, available by way of monetary value, and valid for 6 months.
