DTC Q&A – BURNOUTS Is it still possible to do a ‘burnout’ burnout with DTC activated? YES. DTC does not activate at (front wheel) speeds less than 30km/h (19mph) for the 1098 R and 20km/h (12mph) for the 1198 S, so burnouts performed below these speeds are permitted by the system system.
