Did you know your health insurance provides free flu shots? Now, more than ever, it’ s essential to get your annual flu shot.

Due to a similarity of early symptoms between the flu and COVID-19 you will need to self-quarantine for ten days even if you ’ re only sick for a day or two.

You should get a flu vaccine before flu viruses begin spreading in your community, since it takes about two weeks after vaccination for antibodies to develop in the body and provide protection against flu. You can get a flu shot at any local pharmacy (CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc.) or doctor ’ s office. #TeamHelix is also working hard to provide flu clinics at various regional offices.
