CAE TI Commercial Site Simulator Training Facility

Approximately 79,000 sq ft of tenant improvement for private flight pilot training. The facility includes training classrooms, briefing/debriefing rooms, administrative offices, cafeteria, computer rooms and electrical/ mechanical facilities to support eight (8) flight simulators for various plane manufacturers. A challenging project including the interface to and connections with aircraft simulation machines, upgrade and expansion of existing NVE service to support the expanded electrical load requirements as well as highly detailed tenant improvements for classroom training

Helix’s scope of work is to design/build the project for renovation and expansion of existing electrical distribution system, feeders and connections to equipment, lighting and controls, fire alarm (turnkey) for the project.
