ďƒž File set up tips for InDesign 1) Open a new file and set it up to be your desired size A0: A1: A2: Banner:

1189mm x 841mm 841mm x 594mm 594mm x 420mm L (up to 30M) x W (up to 1500mm)

2) Ensure that all placed images are 300dpi or larger. Any image taken from the internet will be only 72dpi so we advise against using these in your presentation as they will print pixelated. 3) Before exporting your final PDF click View > Display Performance > High Quality this will ensure that all of your images export at the highest quality.

4) When you File > Export your final PDF for print choose Adobe PDF (Print).

ďƒž File set up tips for Photoshop 1) When opening a new photoshop file check that you have sized it to your paper size A0: 1189mm x 841mm A1: 841mm x 594mm A2: 594mm x 420mm Banner: L (up to 30M) x W (up to 1500mm) 2) Make sure your document resolution is 300dpi or higher, there is no way to change this later. If you start with a 72dpi document your entire print will be pixelated even if the images you place on it were originally 300dpi. The photoshop document must 300dpi.

3) Flatten image if saving as a Photoshop file (PSD)

4) If saving as a JPG, save at high to maximum quality.

 Custom paper 1) Bring an extra sheet of paper. If you are printing on your own paper please bring an extra piece of the same paper for a test print as we may not have a colour profile set up for the paper you bring in. We will attempt to match your paper to a similar paper’s colour profile so we can ensure that your print is of the highest quality. 2) Custom paper cannot be printed full bleed. You need to leave a 1cm boarder on 3 sides of the paper and a 2cm boarder on one side of the print so that the printer can hold the paper. Please see diagram below. Printer holds paper here 2cm

 Additional information Crop marks As the paper we have in stock is larger than most usual sizes you will need to specify if you would like crop marks on your print or not depending on if you are going to trim the white boarders. Trimming paper We are unable to trim your prints for you. If you would like to trim them yourself we suggest you request crop marks when printing or add them yourself when setting up your file.
