Monthly Reporting Tips
Dues Submission • Report dues properly • Once dues are paid, ensure to when the dues was paid(Date paid), and how many points you received from Early Bird. • Early Bird was November 1st. • If your club has not submitted dues, you can still submit it in your next report!
Service, Service, Service • The highest scoring clubs are the clubs who complete the most service during the year. • Service Projects should be held all year long, and member participation is a must. • Attempt to increase member participation through publicizing the service projects that your club is holding. • Quality over Quantity
Other Ways to Increase Points • Read the Task of the month ahead of time and properly prepare • Not each Task of the Month can be completed on the fifth, therefore it is important to read what it is before you are ready to turn in your report. • Publicize your club • • • •
Send articles to local newsletters Send in Articles to the Tex-O-Key (Do not forget to send to T-O District Editor) Have a Monthly Newsletter (Do not forget to send to T-O District Editor) Tailor the way you publicize your events and other updates to the way your members respond.
Other Ways to Increase Points/Maintain Organization • Please mail it in a large envelope • Turn your report on time • Don’t forget to get all three signatures for clarity
• Ensure to attach required proof • Sign-in sheets for perfect attendance meetings and events with 100+ man hours, as well as fundraising with 500+ dollars
• Make and attach agendas in with your monthly report • Agendas provide organization to you meeting, as well as maintain focus
