What were your perceptions of the industry and how have they changed?
Growing up I got to see so many different sides, angles and how vast both the beauty and fashion industry is. Ive had even more experience with this since joining the industry I have been able see and come in contact with many different styles and how fashion allows you to express yourself.
Was there anyone in the public eye you felt like you could relate to?
No not really, even though there are so many different people in the industry I have found I hard to say there is anyone in any particular that represents me as everyone is so unique and that should be embraced.
How does social media make you feel?
I know social media effects so many people, It doesn't necessarily do that for me as I feel especially in 2020 I have the confidence to post what I want.
What is your biggest frustration about the industry?
The exploitation, especially in terms of the fast fashion industry and the garment workers.
One genie wish?
My one genie wish would be reducing the fastpasedness of the fashion industry to make it more sustainable for the future of fashion.
