Scale formation in the near well bore area often requires the application of a scale inhibitor squeeze treatment. Nalco Champion is the leader in the supply of squeeze solutions at all phases of your project’s lifecycle.
SOLUTION
PRE-PRODUCTION SQUEEZES Uncertainties in the formation water composition or the risk of scale formation at low water cuts may require the application of scale inhibitor early in the life of a production well. Applying scale inhibitor within completion fluids can minimize mitigation costs.
Doing so eliminates the need for a separate pumping program to treat the well, minimizes production deferment and enables accurate sampling of produced water to assist in the development of a successful scale management strategy.

QUANTITATIVE POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION (QPCR) With our culture-independent absolute microbial quantification, we measure fluorescence incorporated into DNA and convert the measurement to a total microbe number. Through sample
analysis, we can accurately identify the total organism number and the potential associated risk.

agglomerant technology independently verified for greater than 70 percent water cut while maintaining superb water quality.
