LAST MATCH

After three straight wins, Ossett United were made to settle for a draw on home soil last weekend, as Shildon came from behind to rescue a point at Ingfield Stadium.

Ossett took the lead three minutes before the break when Chris Dawson played a neat onetwo before being tripped in the area by Kurt Matthews, and Craig Nelthorpe stepped up to fire the spot kick into the top corner, beyond reach of Harrison Bond. The visitors drew level on 72, when Ben Reay fired his right-footed effort low into the bottom corner from just inside the area, after some good persistence by Matthews down the left-hand side.

Ossett have also defeated Bridlington, Grimsby Borough and Tadcaster in recent weeks.
