We weren't at the races against Grimsby and got beat by the better side. The lads have been outstanding so I don't want to dig them out, but they have to be better on the day. Only a couple of players came out with any creditShaun [Newbrook] and the midfield. Other than that, we weren't good enough individually.

Grimsby looked sharper on the ball and we didn't win a single first or second ball. That's ultimately where football matches are won and we didn't do that so Grimsby deserved the three points. A lot of lads were missing but for the players we had out there, they have to be better.

Jack Donaghy is a massive loss for ushe was great alongside Sean Reid and you could see the impact his absence had.
