GOOD AFTERNOON AND WELCOME TO OUR FIRST HOME GAME OF THE 2022/23 CAMPAIGN.

I'd like to extend my welcome to the players, staff and supporters from Sheffield. Last season was big for the club our first in the Pitching In Northern Premier League. We've learnt a lot on and off the pitch, and we can't wait to see how this season pans out. We're over the moon to welcome Daniel Moore to the club, alongside Mark Hudson and Carl Morris. I believe they'll kick our club on further and it's an exciting time for us. We had a great pre-season, the team looks excellent. I'd like to welcome the seven new lads to the club as well they're all experienced, exciting players. The start to the league season has been brilliant and hopefully we can carry on the momentum. Of course, I'd like to say a massive thank you to our sponsors who help the club a huge amount. A lot of previous sponsors have committed to remain with us, and we're also pleased to welcome some new sponsors. Finally, thank you to you - the supporters. Our average home attendance last season was 417 one of the best in the division. We've again sold an incredible amount of season tickets, and we've also given over 600 to members of our Junior Club. Our away support over the last few weeks has been excellent and I can't wait to see the backing we'll receive at The Green Energy Sports Ground.
