LOGO SET The Church Real Estate logo set includes a primary logo, a secondary logo, and an icon. These elements may be used separately or in various combinations to represent the brand.

Primary logo

As one of the most valuable brand assets, the Church Real Estate logo set was meticulously designed to reflect the company’s professionalism and integrity in the industry. As such, the logo(s) should be used correctly to ensure a clear, consistent brand message. All elements of the logo set have a full-color version and a one-color version. The one-color versions should only be rendered in rich black, white, grey, or the brand orange (occasionally the inclusion of the logo(s) in another brand’s design will call for use of a different color to match said design, which can be granted at Church Real Estate’s discretion).

Secondary logo The Church Real Estate brand colors were chosen for their high contrast and eye-catching appearance. The full-color logo will work best on a white or very light grey background, while the versatile one-color logo can be used to create contrast in multiple variations.

FONTS Whitney was chosen as a complementary font for use with the Church Real Estate brand because of its versatility, modern appeal, and legibility. It has various weights that can be combined for use in headlines, body copy, captions, and more. Whitney also includes italic versions of all weights.

Kiona is the focus of the logo and should therefore be used very sparingly in design and saved for things like headlines or short calls to action. Kiona should not be used for small text such as body copy. Kiona is an all-caps font.

LOGO SPACING When using the logo, remember that it represents the brand and should not have to compete with other graphic elements or text. Leaving an ample amount of spacing around the logo is a must.
