The Association of Timeshare Recycler s
The Association of Timeshare Recyclers (ATR) is a non-profit organization, our mission is to find, create, and promote, exit strategies that work for the timeshare industry as a whole. The launch of the Association of Timeshare Recyclers was based upon three key objectives. The first objective of the ATR is to find and promote viable and economically healthy exit solutions for timeshare owners that work for the timeshare industry as a whole. The second objective is to support and protect the interests of the secondary market by building the respectability and reputation of the secondary market and, the third objective is to properly recycle inventory while creating and promoting greater general awareness of the timeshare industry. The Association of Timeshare Recyclers grows this message and brand awareness through regular attendance of industry events and conferences while maintaining a constant line of open communication with our key target audiences via social media, regularly updated press releases, informative blogs and a bimonthly newsletter.

Our Mission and Vision
We refer to ourselves as recyclers because we believe in the importance of supporting fee paying members via timeshare recycling, in order to sustain and promote the continued health of the timeshare industry. The ATR actively searches for and endeavors to create exit strategies that provide a win-win scenario for consumers, active sales rooms, HOAs and timeshare resorts. The Association of Timeshare Recyclers main goal is aiding the continued success and growth of the timeshare industry.

Vision To be influential in solving an industry defining issue, which is how to balance the needs of timeshare consumers who do not want to continue to pay maintenance fees for programs they are not using, with the timeshare resorts who rely on fee collection to run effectively.

TOC Timeshare Owners Coalition The Timeshare Owners Coalition was developed and launched based on the ATR objective of supporting the secondary market and its components. One-hundred percent of TOC proceeds are directed towards ATR legislative efforts. The Timeshare Owners Coalition is dedicated to protecting the rights of all timeshare owners, including their right to easily exit their timeshare without negatively affecting their credit score or having to endure years of harassment by credit collectors.
The ATR-TOC is a special division of the ATR that coordinates directly with timeshare owners to help coach them towards the many different ways they can get full use of their timeshares, and also to raise awareness of the many timeshare exit strategies that exist, and which promote a healthy industry. Inventory Assumption Services: ATR Inventory Acquisition Program If you are an ATR affiliated trade-in company, the ATR has an inventory acquisition program whereby the ATR will assume your traded-in inventory.
Closing Services White Label ATR Closing Services If you are an ATR affiliated tradein company, and would like to have assistance in transferring or closing your intervals, the ATR can help.

ATR Closed Meetings As a member of the ATR, you will be invited to closed meetings to be held throughout the year. The meetings will be frank discussions about the secondary market, with a focus on finding and promoting solutions that work for the industry as a whole.

ATR Direct Referral System The ATR will be conducting ongoing marketing campaigns that will educate the timeshare consumer about secondary market options. Our websites and campaigns will include lead generation sources for ATR member companies to help drive business to the good guys within the secondary market.
ATR Help Desk A special service for ATR member trade-in companies. The ATR Help Desk is a unique tool to help trade-in companies stay connected and share best practices concerning timeshare transfers.

ATR Transfer CRM System Another special service for trade-in or title agencies. The ATR has built a custom system to help streamline the timeshare transfer process. The ATR Transfer CRM includes resort partner and customer interfaces, automatic form generation, auto email notifications, a custom task organization system, and a unique step by step based approached to transferring timeshares.
ATR Rental/Resale CRM System The ATR is currently in the process of adapting the ATR Transfer CRM system to a multi-purpose Rental/Resale CRM. This system will help rental and resale companies to keep track of their customers.
ATR Fulfillment Program The ATR is currently providing assumption services to ATR member trade-in companies and HOA´s who need assistance recycling their inventory.
