Dogsled and wilderness activities
Explore the untouched winter landscape on a snowmobile. Drive through snowy forests, across frozen lakes, surrounded by nature. Experience the thrill of driving your own snowmobile in combination with nature’s stillness. The 3-hour tour includes a hot meal cooked over an open fire.
After a warm welcome drink in our old traditional timber hut, enjoy some outdoor activities including riding the dogsled and ice fishing in the Storträsk Lake. A wilderness lunch is served inside the old timber hut. Before we say goodbye we enjoy a “Swedish fika” i.e. coffee/tea and cake.

Reindeer and Moose safari
Take a step into the military history of the area. The historical guiding together with the museum’s exhibition and authentic setting provides an extraordinary picture of the entire Kalix Line and the Siknas fortress as the Swedish northern lock during the Cold War.
This is a great opportunity for you to get to know the Sami culture and spot some of the amazing animals in Swedish Lapland; moose and reindeer. After a joyful ride on a reindeer sled you will enjoy lunch at the moose farm and get introduced to the moose family.
