Physically, what does it look like? What is the deliverable? Is this an email, work template, new process, etc.?

Context:

Why are we doing this? How does it fit into our mission, strategic priorities, and annual goals?

Connective Tissue: Cost:

What deadlines, actions, and initiatives are reliant on this? What is the priority level? Is there a model to work off of?

How much should this cost, in both time and resources to complete?

Consequences:

What happens if this isn't completed on time? Are there competing priorities? If yes, what is the impact?

Come prepared to meetings, be present, and be on time.

Promote honest conversations and psychological safety, and encourage meeting participants to share real opinions.
