Ingredients: 1 cup kale 1 cup broccoli sprouts 1 cup seasonal greens

Sunflower Dill Salad

This salad resembles tuna salad except that it’s much more green and it’s alkaline! It can be used in a multitude of ways. Spread on crackers, add to salads, wrap in a collard green with other vegetables, spread on toast for a sandwich or use as a dip. It’s packed full of minerals and flavour! Dulse flakes can be found in the international section of natural food stores. Ingredients: 1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked for 6 hours 1/2 cup hemp seeds 4 dill pickles, diced 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped

1 tbsp 1 clove 1/2 tsp

sea vegetable flakes or dulse flakes garlic, minced mustard powder

Directions: Place all ingredients in the food processor and pulse on low until sunflower seeds look crumbly and everything is mixed well. Store in the fridge for up to four days. www.hans.org | Health Action
