Sanford Tracy Medical Center is a 25-bed critical access hospital and rural health clinic and also off ers outpatient specialty services. A 30-unit senior housing complex is attached to the facility. Satellite clinics are located in Balaton and Walnut Grove. A team of board certifi ed clinicians including two Family Medicine nurse practitioners and one physician’s assistant, one pediatrician, one behavioral health nurse practitioner and two licensed, independent clinical social workers provide quality care. Sanford Tracy Clinic hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m.-noon. Sanford Tracy Hospital provides 24-hour emergency services, medical and surgical care for inpatient and outpatient needs, general surgery, chemotherapy and swing bed availability. Comprehensive laboratory, computed radiography, in-house CT, physical, occupational, speech, pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation services, diabetic education and wellness programs are off ered. Multiple outreach services are also available. • Tracy also boasts two senior living facilities in Prairie View Senior Living and O’Brien Court, as well as an ambulance service. • Tracy’s fi tness Depot has a variety of exercise equipment, weight machines and free weights. It is open 24 hours a day and has private shower rooms, changing rooms with lockers available for member use.
