each program or session. Not only is the program itself tracked and measured, instructors, amenities, times, and needs are surveyed.

Through the implementation of the RecTrac survey system, customer satisfaction will be tracked for every registered program

Re-establishment of survey cards and use of an online survey system (e.g. survey monkey) will assist the regional Parks in determining levels of customer satisfaction as well as customer needs. The survey cards can be used for both general parks patrons and those participating in interpretive programs led by park staff.

Some customer concerns are filtered through request or complaints. The Customer enters a request or complaint (issue) online or over the phone with a county team member. This initial call may be filtered to the main line and later redirected to the areas that can provide the best assistance in the matter. This system is commonly known as Citizen Request Management System, or CRMs.

PRC utilizes focus groups to analyze and critique programs, special events, classes, and needs of the community. Some meet quarterly as an advisory board at different regions to access the needs, and staff does an evaluation of the event After Action Report/Special Events/Programs to plan and better prepare for the event if it an annual event.

Most Recently, PRC has begun to compile overall program satisfaction to monitor quality assurance as a measurement on the County’s Performance Measure Dashboard. This public link assures that PRC continues to be responsive to user needs.
