riรณn recently acquired the shares that did not own in Sotogrande yet. Is this a guarantee of the future for Sotogrande? I do not believe that there was ever any doubt on the intent of Sotogrande SA shareholders regarding their view to participate in the rejuvenation of such a storied destination. Beyond our company, there are many more actors toward ensuring the relevance and longevity. Clearly, we are one of the main actor, but we fully expect all to participate. Making Sotogrande great again and relevant to the next generation is a key priority for Sotogrande SA but it is as well for all the businesses and residents who want to see sustained interest for Sotogrande as a prime destination as well as a residential opportunity. Several are very active towards this goal and I can only congratulate them for their beliefs and dedication.

Orion, now the sole shareholder of Sotogrande SA, will certainly continue supporting the direction we have embarked on since our arrival.
El Mirador and The Seven perfectly reflect that vision of Sotogrande for the next fifty years that you told us about shortly after arriving to Sotogrande; how are these two projects going? La Reserva is the community that plays a critical role in ensuring that Sotogrande is relevant in 50 years from now. Its array of additional amenities are now being developed with an opening targeted for the summer 2018, the first off plan residential sales, achieved at record prices, are now behind us and we have started villa construction. Not only have we turned a corner with all this activity, but more importantly, the vision is becoming reality. The last two years were focused on planning and
permit towards setting the foundation to welcoming our new residents. Regarding The Seven and El Mirador, all is going very well! Sometime I wish it would go faster but overall on track. Those two communities as beacon of our residential offering do enjoy a high level of privacy and security along with extensive services and experiences offered to the future residents to experience righ away and allowing La Reserva de Sotogrande to offer a lifestyle not yet seen within the Costa Del Sol.
The Reserva Club is, however, the central axis of this way of conceiving Sotogrande. This year, we have seen the changes made with tennis club; what will be the next steps? As mentioned above, we are starting the next phase this winter with the Sandy pool, its beach, the beach club &restaurant, the sports lagoon and lap
