Hayward Odd Fellows Sycamore Lodge #129 and H.A.R.D. are sponsoring Concerts at Memorial Park this Summer, featuring different live local Music as well as Dance, Art, Theater, and Chess! Chess players, bring your chess moves or come to learn! Bring a blanket or lawn chairs, a picnic (no alcohol), and enjoy an afternoon in the park with Music, Art, Dance and Chess! Come dance with us. Tot lot is nearby, as is a lovely hiking trail, indoor pool, tennis courts and plenty of free parking. Saturday, June 23 – Original Rock’n’Roll featuring Sector 7, with the Kenny Meagher Experience and Mike & the Mawesomes to benefit the Youth Mural Program Sunday, August 5 – Rock-a-billy featuring Stay Away Joes to benefit the Hayward High School Band Booster Club Sunday, August 12 – Beatles music to benefit the Mt Eden Choir Booster Club Sunday, August 26 – Big Band Music featuring Three O’Clock Jump and the Herd of Cats to benefit the Hayward-La Honda Music Camp.
