Having grown up in Melbourne, Mick moved to Torquay in the early 80’s to attend Deakin University. As a former manager of both the Torquay and Lorne hotels, and the original proprietor of the Jan Juc Fish and Chip Shop, Mick is well known throughout the Surf Coast community. With his wife, Tanya and two school aged boys, Tom and Mac, Mick is heavily involved in the local sporting community having coached both nippers and junior footy for several years. An avid (though challenged) golfer, Mick is also a long term member of the Torquay Golf Club. With several years’ experience as a mortgage broker and business consultant, Mick looks forward to using his vast experience in sales, negotiation, customer service, and well-developed communication skills to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome in all your real estate dealings.

Nick grew up in the leafy northern suburbs of Melbourne and made the sea change to Torquay with his wife Melanie in 2010. Nick is a keen surfer and enjoys all that the coastal lifestyle has to offer with his young family. Prior to the move to Hayden Real Estate, Nick spent the last 10 years as a key account manager for large multinationals managing multimillion dollar sales, major client relationships and contract negotiations. Nick has experienced all the facets of real estate personally having renovated, built, bought, sold, leased and been a landlord. He understands that open and honest communication and exceptional levels of customer service is the key to a successful selling of your home. Outside of work, you will find Nick enjoying the surf coast with family and friends.
