Robyn grew up in Ballarat, during which time she was lucky enough to spend every school holiday with her grandparents at Point Roadknight in Anglesea. Robyn lived in Dubai for nearly ten years. In that time, with her husband and two sons, experienced much of what the world has to offer. In between looking after her boys and travelling she managed to work as a commissioned artist on some of Dubai’s hotels and Palaces. Robyn and her family moved back to Australia in 2008, with a dream of living on the coast. She could have lived anywhere in Australia, but chose to live in Torquay as it is one of her family’s favorite places in the country. “My family and I love living here. There is always something happening. Bryan is an associate of The Real Estate Institute and the Australian Property Institute. Both a Licensed Estate Agent and Certified Practising Valuer, Bryan is also an REIV Accredited Auctioneer. He is one of the most experienced and successful Auctioneers on the Surf Coast, as well as having overseen more record transactions than any other agent in the region.

Wayne commenced his Real Estate career with Hayden Real Estate over 30 years ago, with the last 12 years as a Partner and Director. Upon leaving school, Wayne worked in Banking and Finance before being employed as Office manager at Hayden Real Estate in Geelong. After a short period of time, Wayne’s interest turned to auctioneering, which at that time was just an occasional method of sale. Hayden Real Estate soon became the auction leaders in the region and Wayne, the group’s senior residential and commercial auctioneer. Wayne joined the team at Hayden Real Estate Torquay and Anglesea as Sales Manager in March 2010, before moving into Geelong for a short period. Now Wayne is back in Torquay and looking forward once again to serving the Surf Coast market.

Bryan has been happily married to Vicki for over 40 years, and together they have brought up their five children in Torquay. Bryan is a Life Member of the Torquay Surf Club, has been in the Australian Dragon Boat team, won numerous Life Saving Championships and is a successful coach in a number of disciplines. Nick brings with him a very extensive background in property valuations, having been a practicing valuer for over 30 years. However, Nick started out in real estate in 1978 as a rental clerk at Kay & Burton in South Yarra. He then went on to install computers into rental departments of real estate agencies in St Kilda and neighbouring suburbs, this at a time when computers were new. Nick then worked at R M Fitzroy & Associates, the Valuer General’s office and South Melbourne City Council as Assistant City Valuer, moving thereafter onto residential mortgage valuations with a company in Kew.

Having trained under the sales team, Reece was given the opportunity to manage the growing rent roll which he has been doing since 2011. Reece is well versed in property management and leads a successful team providing excellent property management service throughout Torquay and its surrounds as well as Geelong. Reece is heavily involved with the local Hockey Club the Torquay Tornadoes and in his spare time loves catching up with family and friends, as well as getting down to the beach.

He was fortunate to work with Jones Lang Wootton in Melbourne for 8 years before joining Hayden Real Estate Geelong. A short stint with Landlink followed, then 12 years operating Nicholas Harvey Valuations. Nick’s experience and wealth of knowledge will be great assets to our office, along with his professional, approachable manner.
