Clearwater, Florida—Located at the intersection of Gulf to Bay Boulevard and Belcher Road in Clearwater, Gulf to Bay Plaza was a two phase redevelopment project. It houses the latest Publix prototype store (53,865 SF), an Office Depot (19,131 SF), and 14,000 SF of local retail shops. The project was planned in phases, allowing an existing Publix store to remain open while its replacement was being constructed, permitting uninterrupted sales.
