Responsibilities: Interior design, Architectural drawings. Creating 3D renders, Furniture selection, Material , lighting fixture selection.

Project brief :

Refurbishment of Customs Head Quarter Building area 5000 m2 with capacity of 1000 employees, main aim of the refurbishment is the following:

• Create Multipurpose Hall which is connected to the Training Center of Customs Academy.(ground floor)

• Create open workspace environment

• Providing customer service area to improve performance rates at Customs

• Create employee entertainment area such as gym, recreation area.

Mood board

False Ceiling. Open black painted space with some gypsum-board panels and suspended lighting

Walls: Painted walls for the three sides, one wall covered by wallpaper with continues patterns. Wallpaper pattern will be washable and easy to maintain. Patterns can be made exclusively for Saudi Customs

Project : Arar Housing Strategy –AECOM

Responsibilities: Architectural Design, Architecture Conceptional Drawings, Layouts, Architectural BoQ and 3D render Location : Arar, K.S.A

Housing Compound consist of 3 types of housing, apartment buildings, 10 town houses and 125 existing villas which will be refurbished, this compound also include other facilities such as Hospital ,Sport Facilities, Shops and Restaurants.
