Bracket 2 winner--Kaika DePonte (Keaau) in a roadster (10.90 sec/133 mph). Runner up--Jeff Hall (Kamuela) in a nova (18.00 sec/34 mph--red lighted). Bracket 3 winner--Sheldon Aviento (Hilo) in a mustang (14.43 sec/78 mph). Runner up--David Fulkerson (Mt View) in a camaro (22.6 sec/76 mph--red lighted). Mototcycle Bracket winner--Teddy Davis (Mililani) on a suzuki (8.96 sec/166 mph). Runner up--Bricen Baruela (Hilo) on a yamaha (10.09 sec/132 mph). Chase Kokualani of Waipahu set a state record for 8-18 year old junior dragsters with a time of 7.06 secs, eclipsing the old state record of 7.07 seconds.
