Spider Web 2014 I am delighted that our seventh and eighth grade students have taken on the revival of Friends School Haverford’s literary magazine, “Spider Web.” The last edition was photocopied in black and white. Spider Web will now be distributed in full color online for free, with color printed and bound copies available for a modest fee. Enjoy! -- Michael Zimmerman Head of School

Restored What gets caught in a spider’s web? Anonymous insects and the morning dew Bits of detritus carried on the wind Discarded fragments of good ideas Threads of dreams unrealized Hope, pessimism, joy, and despair Imaginings come true What gets caught in a spider’s web-- you.
