What is your property’s current biggest challenge & how do you manage this challenge in a highly competitive industry? The biggest challenge is that locals don’t go out as much anymore. We manage this by making wine deliveries and creating a wine club where members pay per month and pick up their wines hassle-free at The Wine Room, also by simply being creative and bringing up new ideas to the table. What makes the Restaurant special? I am the owner who owns and operates The Wine Room, I do the cooking, service, and wines, the special touch is the experience of meeting new people talk about travels,

food, and many other culinary related topics. How do you prepare now to remain relevant and in-demand in the future? By bringing new wine pairing ideas to the table, making the experience happen every day at The Wine Room, make guests remember you and your restaurant.
