Your home, including photos, virtual tour, and property description, will be posted to the local MLS. The listing is then syndicated via an IDX feed to 25,000+ consumer and broker websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and more. This happens after the 30-day “Coming Soon” period when the home is not syndicated to other websites.

Eblasts

eBlasts that feature your home and advertise the dates of the brokers tour and open houses will be sent out to 140 Dudum agents plus the entire CCAR membership, which is made up of 4,000+ brokers and agents. Includes links to property website and digital brochure.
