Eating a variety of healthy foods will give you the mane you’ve always dreamed of. Fill up on these nutrients to begin growing your healthiest hair ever. Vitamin D Several studies have found that vitamin D may help activate hair growth. However, D is a tricky vitamin. Few foods contain it naturally, and although sitting in the sun for a few minutes a day can help your body produce more of it, many experts advise against it due to the increased exposure to harmful UV rays.

Protein Protein is one of the building blocks of life, promoting cell growth and repair and it boosts your hair strength, too! Women should get at least 46 grams a day (3 ounces of chicken has about 23). Biotin Eggs are rich in this B vitamin essential for growth. Healthy Lifestyle May Reverse Aging Inside Cells

H

ealthy behaviors such as exercise, good diet, and stress management have the potential to reverse aging on a molecular level and partly restore the vitality of a person’s cells, according to a new pilot study.Healthy lifestyle choices can increase the length of DNA sequences found at the end of a person’s chromosomes. The DNA sequences, known as telomeres, directly affect how cells age and have been associated with an increased risk of premature death and age-related diseases. As telomeres become shorter and their structural integrity weakens, cells age and die faster.Shorter telomere length has been tied to unhealthy behaviors such as cigarette smoking, chronic emotional stress and poor diet, as well as diseases including cancer, cardiovascular disease, dementia, obesity, stroke, osteoporosis, infectious diseases and diabetes.

With football fever gripping the nation, this development is set to give hope to local fans of seeing Team Pakistan compete alongside the heavyweights of the global football arena. HBL has been promoting sports in Pakistan for the last five decades, a development strategy it adopted in 1969, when HBL for the first time developed and nurtured its own hockey team. Over the years HBL has further taken up Cricket, Squash, Basketball, Table Tennis and Shooting disciplines, thereby paving the way for other public and private sector organisations to lend their support to national sporting initiatives.
