Purpose
The concept “ Balua Patthar” , meaning sandstone in Hindi, blends in the natural desert landscape of Jaipur with its warmcolored tones.
Client Goal
Zoiros Frontida aims to revolutionize senior living by creating spaces that act as nurturing environments for seniors who call their facility home. Zoiros Frontida defines home as a secure and a familiar place that promotes well-being.
The client’s main focus is in providing an unparalleled standard of care. In which every resident feels like home, no matter where they are in the world.
Design Intent
The senior living facility will be incorporated with the use of the mosque becoming the central focus for peace and meditation.
The “ Balua Patthar” concept will embody the values of color, custom designs and eclectic items that fit into the style of modern-oriental architecture.
Design Approach
The unique designs featured for my sandstone concept will include stonework and masonry for the exterior walls,stained glass windows and jewelry for the lighting fixtures at the lobby. Glass lighting will become the first impression seniors will glance at once they step inside the senior living facility.
