• senior’s health. Accessibility challenges must be always dealt with while still providing enough

• heating, ventilation, and air conditioning to individuals who are feeling hot or unwell during the day and night.

• • The architecture of the senior living facility portrays a modern aesthetic towards a warm-muted color palette by incorporating various landscaping materials evoking a sense of peace and rejuvenation. By letting seniors relate to nature, the presence of biophilic design becomes a necessity for them to interact with others and live a healthy, meaningful life in the future. This senior living facility sits in the gated community outside of downtown filled with tall trees and small shrubs near the central park with the amount of natural light from inside the facility by adding windows to make every living space ambient without the need of interior fixtures.
