spend  your  winter  Break  exploring  sulphur  creek! Become a young scientist at this afternoon camp  that will introduce you to the amazing world of arthropods. campers will find and investigate six, eight, and even 20 legged critters as part of our winter Bug club. explore the creek, go hiking (rain or shine!), enjoy games, art, and scientific investigations at this steM based  winter camp. no camp tuesday, January 1.

the best way to learn science is to do it! explore physics  by  playing  sports  games  with basketballs, golf, and ring type tosses. we will make catapults and  music with the same type of material and discover chemistry by making different types of slime (be ready to get sticky and messy). through Led’s and geometry with cubes we will discover how energy is used. wear clothes that get dirty and bring a snack, lunch and water/drink.  6885       6-10 yr         w-F 9:00am-2:30pm               Jan 2-Jan 4                3 classes         cVcc           staff   $143* *$25 material fee due first day of camp.

Swim/ Tennis Camp

Join  this  swim/tennis  camp!  work  on forehand, backhand, breast stroke, and back stroke.  activities  will  include  basic  tennis skills and strategy, water safety skills and games. camp will begin with tennis activities and conclude with swimming. Bring a bag lunch, your own tennis racquet, and a can of new tennis balls to the first day of camp. 7112       8-11 yr         M-F
