26TH SPRING BENEFIT HONOREES

HEIDI GIFFUNI Heidi spent 21 years of dedicated service at Harbor Country Day school, in a wide variety of roles. Her work touched so many areas of school life that, for many in the Harbor community, Heidi was the face of Harbor. In her time at Harbor, Heidi was the Director of Camp Harbor for 11 years, as well as a mainstay in the front office as Alumni Relations Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to the Head of School. She served as a member of the marketing, alumni, and building and grounds committees, co-chair of the safety committee and as an Upper School Advisor. Heidi and her husband, Geoff, are also the proud parents of three Harbor Alumnae. Just as important as these ‘official’ positions was Heidi’s role as the unofficial archivist and source of referencing everything Harbor, from knowing the names of so many past parents, board members, and longlost alumni, to knowing where every electrical outlet, student file, and school supply was located! Even today, in Heidi’s retirement, when people have questions that no one else can answer, they ask Heidi!
