his month, the unsung hero we want to honour is quite a personal one who means a lot to our team; someone who has gone beyond his job role to support us in the most highly pressurised periods of our work, and is always a helpful and friendly voice on the end of the phone. After 30 years of devoted work at Pensord, our wonderful printers, our extended team member and invaluable account manager, David, is retiring.
