Business has always been challenging, but perhaps it is meeting the challenge that creates the thrill that really makes life worth living. Our company throughout these chaotic years has sailed against the winds through thick and thin, still to have remained fully on course and firmly progressing on with its mission. Though the January 25th Revolution brought new hopes for change on the political and economic landscape, the June 30th Revolution has led to the completion of the people’s demand for change, giving the country new hope for a stable, economically prosperous future. 2014 is a dawn of hope that has arisen! In the midst of the turmoil created in the aftermath of the country’s tumultuous situation, Hassan Allam Properties has been creating new ways to improve tourism to revive the country’s ailing economy, including its world class golf resorts. Professional sports have also become a new area through which HAP can enhance the tourism sector’s performance, in addition to attracting the attention of international investors. By streamlining our business philosophy to make it more sales-oriented and keener to innovation, we have managed to push ourselves further into the market than ever before. PADEL TENNIS Stars Sports is introducing padel tennis, also known as padel, for the first time in Egypt in Hassan Allam’s Swan Lake New Cairo. After meeting Ahmed and Shereen, felt that they both have a great passion for design and felt that by joining their love for design and expertise they can help each other achieve great design. They collaborated together in 2007 and established, aksh Designs, an architectural and interior design firm creatively lead by Ahmed and Shereen. “It takes two”, aksh strongly believe that by putting their creative minds together, they can create lifestyles for their clients. aksh offer 360 designs for their clients, from space planning to the selection of furniture leaving the client the experience of watching their vision become a reality. Through bespoke contemporary design, Shereen and Ahmed spark positive emotions in people’s lives through their surroundings. aksh Designs work closely with their clients, contractors and team to achieve a design that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. They create smart designs, that are tailor made solutions, based on their clients personal needs. In 2013 Ahmed collaborated with Hassan Allam Properties and developed Alcom interiors. As a team we offer turn key solutions, from design to execution.
