Anping marine outfall has decent environmental condition to generate tidal power. An elementary school located on this outfall. It combined the school and the power station for saving the space and Eco-friendly. Students in this school can watch closely the fishing, shipping and tidal power generation processes.

An independent library sits on the upper floor and provides several different size of reading rooms for students to study and relax.

The ground floor has two entrances for students from both sides of communities to enter school convenient;y. The classroom spaces are open and bright, students can interact freely and easily.
