Envisioning a future 100 years from now, the task of the Student Design Challenge (SDC) 2014 in the MENA region is to design a piece of furniture for personal use for that time and place. Being one among the top 5 finalist teams, we were invited to a design build workshop where a 1:1 prototype of our design had to be produced using the given materials. This document also contain links to a creative project video and a 'behind the scenes' photo essay of the workshop.
