Take the best parts of all of Dake riders’ game, and roll it up into one board: this is the Team, Drake’s most versatile all mountain board. Send steep faces in AK, that blower pow in Japan, and roll slushy days in the park with the Team. Its Performer woodcore secures it to be a lightweight, its directional twin shape together with a classic camber keeps it stable at even higher speed, but at the same time it’s still reactive and with a great pop on bigger kicker. If you like a bit of everything there is no better choice.
The DF2 is the board you take anywhere and everywhere in the world. The most versatile freestyle board in Drake’s lineup, ride this smooth flex board top to bottom in the park through technical rails and big jumps. DF2 counts on the double camber to combine managebility and pressability together with pop and responsiveness, especially under the bindings and with a negative rocker in the middle so to make it playful both on groomers and on rails and boxes. It’s one of Drake international team’s most favourite boards, more forgivable and less powerful than the DF1 or the Team – still maintaining its park performance.

undermining flora and fauna on a global scale. To realise the surreal artwork they took inspiration from the paintings of Japanese epic battles, as well as from Picasso’s Guernica. Pinetime Clothing is a streetwear brand coming from Europe’s core and heart. The company was funded in 2010 by three friends searching for the perfect streetwear, functional and modern. Thanks to their tight bond with boardsports, Pinetime is creating innovative products with a fresh design, dedicated to city dreamers who live every moment like if they were on the mountains or at the Ocean.
All began five years ago at the Ispo, when Gergo and Peter showed up at the Drake booth to propose artworks and ideas for the models Urban, Venice and Misty of the following season. Gergo was also the Hungarian distributor of Drake and Northwave, so he already knew the brand and its vision very well, while Peter was the art director of an agency Gergo had already co-operated with in the past. These are two passionate snowboarders and love the mountain, and they had already created a streetwear company with the name of Pinetime Clothing, whose products reflected their freestyle spirit. Last winter Drake decided to make the most out of this meeting and to realise a capsule collection made of a board and an apparel line which included sweaters, crewneck, tee shirt, snapback, beanie and facemask. The Freeride Battle would be the chosen board, but with a modified shape and more freestyle or all-mountain oriented. The layout concept came from the model’s name itself, Green Battle, and from its natural terrain.
