A MESSAGE FROM OUR CHAIRMAN
On behalf of the Directors of Hampshire FA, may I welcome you all to Alton FC’s Exclusive Networks Stadium for the finals of three youth cup competitions - the Savvy Accountancy Solutions U15, U16 and U18 Girls cup finals.
It is with great pleasure that we extend a warm welcome to the players, officials, and supporters of all of today’s teams and also to today’s match officials
We congratulate all teams on reaching their County Cup Final, it is a magnificent achievement, but we must also recognise all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes in every club, from coaches, managers, first aiders, committee members and of course the support of parents and families These Cup Finals do not organise themselves, and a huge thank you must go to the Competitions Subgroup and HFA staff who put in
a tremendous amount of time to ensure that your day goes smoothly and with maximum enjoyment.
I would like to extend a special thanks to our official photographer here today, Tom Phillips, for capturing the final of today’s competition.
Thank you for your support today, I hope you enjoy the game and will observe The FA RESPECT programme.

CLUB HISTORY IGF YOUTH INSPIRE GIRLS ACADEMY
In 2017, Darren Moggach recognised the abundance of female football talent in the local area. However, he observed a glaring void a lack of pathways for these players to pursue their dreams of playing professional football. Determined to bridge this gap, Darren began laying the groundwork for what would become an inspiring journey.
Two years of meticulous research bore fruit in 2021, as an outline design emerged. The vision? A community project that not only unlocked opportunities for local talent but also built teams destined for the highest echelons of competition.
More than just a football endeavor the club aimed to establish pillars
The inaugural season proved to be a resounding success, laying the foundation for a bright future. In the summer of 2023, the project entered its next phase, marked by a significant transformation. A new name, Inspire Girls Academy (IGA), was adopted, signaling a broader commitment to empowerment and excellence.
As the pages of our chronicle turn, Inspire Girls Academy stands as a testament to passion, perseverance, and the unwavering belief that every aspiring female athlete deserves a pathway to greatness.
Our journey has just begun, and with each stride forward, we write a compelling narrative of inspiration and empowerment for the generations to come.
Inspire Girls Academy stands proudly as a distinguished female-only football club, passionately competing in the JPL Warriors League and cup competitions and in our county cups.
Our mission goes beyond the pitch, as we endeavor to create positive pathways for our players into the realm of women's football, placing a steadfast focus on holistic player development.
Based in Surrey and Hampshire, UK, Inspire Girls Academy thrives as a beacon of empowerment, where aspiring athletes find not just a club, but a community that nurtures their love for the beautiful game.
Join us on this exhilarating journey as we strive for excellence, fostering a culture of growth, camaraderie, and unwavering commitment to the development of each player who graces our field.

CLUB HISTORY ATALANTA SPORTS MAROON
Atalanta Sports FC is a very successful all-girls football club, located in South Hampshire. The club was formed at the start of the 2021-22. We currently have around 200 members.
The Club has grown rapidly over the last two seasons and we now currently run teams at the U9 to U16 age groups who compete in a variety of competitions, including the JPL Warriors, Hampshire Girls Youth Football League and the Testway Youth Football League, a mixed competition.
The Club also runs a Development Centre which offers a training only provision to girls in School Year R to 11.
Since the club was formed in the 21-22 Season we have taken part in 5 County Cup Finals. In the 21-22 Season we won the U12 and U14 competitions, in the 22-23 Season we were successful at the U13 and U15 age groups, whilst our U14s were runners-up to today’s opponent.
This season we are delighted to continue that success. In addition to our U16 Maroon team our U12s have also reached the final of their competition. A huge achievement for a club that has only been in existence for 3 seasons.
As a Club we pride ourselves on the amount of opportunities we offer. In addition to Saturday football we also offer players to play Sundays, where we currently compete in the Peter Houseman Youth Football League. Players can also access regular Futsal opportunities, Strength and Conditioning Sessions, GK Coaching and Sport Psychology Workshops.
We are a Club with huge ambition for the future, as we look to continue to improve our offering to allow all our players to grow and develop on and off the pitch.
The Club is holding JPL Warriors and Open Trials for girls in the U11-U18 age groups for the 2024-25 Season in June and are keen to hear from any girls keen to progress in their football journey.

We are delighted to have made the Hampshire FA County Cup Final for the third time in our third season as a Club
We are very excited about the game ahead and all our attention and energies will be on that today. We hope to, not only end the season on a high, but to also retain the cup we worked so hard to win last year. We have enjoyed a very competitive season in the JPL Warriors. We currently sit top of our JPL Warriors division with two games to go. The players have really gone from strength to strength as the season has progressed, having won every single game since Christmas.
We really hope the coaches, committee, parents and spectators enjoy the game today but most importantly we hope the players do. It is so important in football to enjoy the wonderful moments when they come. And this is another one for these players.
I could not be more proud of this group of players. They have worked really hard this season and their focus, dedication and hard work has enabled them to be here today - I hope they savour every moment.

For the past seven years, I've had the privilege of coaching this remarkable team, and being part of their football journey. What stands out most is their 'never give up' attitude that turns each game into a testament to their resilience and unity. This, coupled with the family atmosphere among the players, coaches, and parents, transforms our team into more than just a sporting entity; it's a second family united by a love for football. Watching our players evolve, not just in ability but in character, has been a profoundly rewarding experience. Season after season, their hard work, dedication, and sheer will to improve have seen them go from strength to strength. Today, as they stand toe-to-toe with some of the top teams in the country, I feel so proud of their achievements. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of the parents and the commitment of our incredible coaching team. Their belief in our vision for these girls and their relentless support have been the backbone of our success. Coaching these exceptional young women has undoubtedly become my favourite thing to do.
CAPTAIN’S WORD
ANDOVER NEW STREET
Having been part of New Street from the beginning I’m extremely proud of how far the team has come and what we’ve achieved in those 9 years. This season has been difficult with our injuries and moving up a division to under 18’s. Injuries played a big part early on and we’ve adapted better as the season has gone on and results have improved. With most of our players available next season I’m sure this team has a bright future if we stick together. There’s a great team spirit within and we’ve all bonded really well. I’d like to thank my teammates for all the hard work and determination they put in for their fellow teammates. Let’s give it one more hard push to hopefully finish the season on high!
I’d also like to thank Kev and Petr for their work on the training ground and Darren for all his work off the pitch including all those lifts. Finally, a massive thanks to Nic who’s managed this team the whole time I’ve been here. You always have the players best interests at heart and the whole team appreciates everything you do for us. Come on New Street!
