Golden Ticket Raffle

The winner of the Golden Ticket Raffle wins any item of their choice from the live auction, except #19, Calling all Swifties. The drawing will be held prior to the start of the live auction. The winner must be present at the event in order to claim this prize.

50/50 Split the Cash

The winner of the 50/50 split will win 50% of the cash proceeds collected from sales of these raffle tickets. The other 50% will be donated to HRS. The winner must be present at the event in order to claim this prize.

Fund-a-need

The fund-a-need is the highlight of our auction. This year, fund-aneed contributions will be used to purchase new science and social studies curricula. High quality curricula ensures lessons progress in a clear sequence, building knowledge and skills as students move through each grade level. In addition, a quarter of fund-a-need proceeds are automatically directed to the financial aid endowment. The financial aid endowment receives contributions in support of need-based financial aid.

Payment and Merchandise Claim

Payment in full on the night of the auction is required. Payment for items must be made by credit card. The auction team will make arrangements for winning items to be picked up at Hamlin Robinson School. Whenever possible, gift certificates will be mailed to the winning bidder.

Hamlin Robinson School is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN 91-1344121). The amount paid above the fair market value estimate may be tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax advisor.
