Our staff are key to our success

Our strength is our people. They make a real difference in the lives of our residents, and are committed to working together to deliver the highest standard of care. Our experienced care teams provide daily assistance and support for all our residents, ensuring their health and wellbeing, and encouraging them to maintain the highest level of independence possible.

Throughout our homes, residents have multidisciplinary care teams working 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We employ enrolled nurses, personal carers, allied health professionals, therapy assistants and hospitality staff, and there is a Registered Nurse on site at all times.

We have also developed strong relationships with local universities and training colleges to assist in providing students with a practical environment where they can learn about aged care.

Investing in the future

Our investment in people includes attracting and developing our staff, and developing the systems and structures required to manage and grow as a world-class aged care provider.

Hall & Prior has led the industry in establishing the role of the Nurse Practitioner in aged care, and has participated in various research projects, the results of which have become used throughout the industry.

Hall & Prior are a founding member and financial sponsor of the Centre of Excellence for Alzheimer’s Disease Research and Care in Western Australia.
