Bad:
The FDA says pregnant women should limit the amount of fish in their diets. And while canned tuna is the most popular fish, it’s also contains some of the highest levels of mercury.
Suggestions:
Fish is your best alternative to eating meat. Eat mostly grilled fish. Cook it with vegetable oil if you must.
