Unbelievable......!

An article printed in the Community news in December 2017, regarding flytipping around the village of Kersey resulted in a vehicle description being forwarded to Babergh council. Unfortunately there are people in our society that really do not care. Once again it would appear that someone has been doing some home improvements; trimming their Eucalyptus tree which either, their hired help or they themselves, could not be bothered to take to the tip three miles away. They clearly have no respect for their community or themselves. If your neighbour / family member has a recently lopped Eucalyptus tree in their garden this is how they dispose of their rubbish. Everyone has a legal responsibility or 'duty of care' to make sure that all waste from their household or business is disposed of correctly and doesn't end up being fly-tipped. Some people make money by charging to take waste away illegally and then fly-tipping it. You could face penalties of up to £5,000 if you don’t check that the company or person you give waste too.
