Mobile Phone Usage

Your child will need a mobile phone if they are travelling on the coach. During the day, their mobile phone must be switched off and kept in their bag or locker. If they need to call home, then they should go to Mr Hardman’s office to make the call.

We aim to teach your child how to use their phone safely and we encourage parents to be very firm about their usage at home. The bill payer is responsible for anything on the phone that may be construed as inappropriate. As a school, we do not endorse WhatsApp as in April 2018 WhatsApp raised their minimum age to 16.
