Involving Additional Volunteer Groups

If you are short on volunteers:

 If you are unable to schedule an adequate number of volunteers (15 –20) on your build day, please notify Jeff Bennett ASAP (at least 1 –2 weeks prior to your build date). We will try to schedule additional volunteers to assist you. Please remember, if you agreed to furnish food for the day, we are still counting on you to provide food and beverages for the full crew (a total of 25 workers) that day.
