Summary of general conditions Prices and ways of payment. The final number attendants of the event have to be provided by the customer with a minimum of 10 days in advance, along with any additional detail desired. In case of not surpassing the minimum of attendants confirmed, the person contracting the services will pay the total of the services contracted. The minimum imposed for the celebrations is described as follows: From January to May and October included o Minimum of 70 adults required From June to September included – Thalassa Restaurante available from 19.00 h o Sundays to Fridays minimum of 70 adults required o Saturdays minimum of 90 adults required The customer will proceed with the payment of two thousand Euros (2.000,00 €) in concept of deposit to confirm de reservation in advance, performing the rest of the payments as follows: Payment of 40% over the total of contracted services with a minimum of 4 month in advance. Payment of 50% over the total of the contracted services with a minimum of 1 month in advance. Payment of 10% once the event finishs, of the rest of contracted services and extras that may have occurred. It is only allowed to pay in cash as maximum of 14.499,00 € of the total of the final invoice (always that your financial data is not register in Spain), the remaining payments will be made by bank transfer or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted. The cancelation of the event will have a penalty regarding how advance it has been communicated to the hotel, being between a minimum of 500,00 €, once the reservation of the event has been established, and the totality of the deposits paid for cancelations one week in advance. The hotel reserves the right to modify the published prices without any notice, except for confirmation of the services one the customer have reserved with a deposit. Room reservations for guests invited to the event. If the customer wants to make room reservations for their guests, the customer has to notify the hotel in further advance to the hotel’s Reservations Department. By this way we can assure availability and to apply special rates (for a minimum of 10 rooms). It is recommended to make room reservations with at least several months in advance in high season months, from June to September. All reservations done individually will be applied with the public rates valid at the moment of the reservation. Music & ball rooms. To guaranty the rest of the hotel’s guests, the duration of the party will be at maximum until 03:00 hours, reserving to the hotel the exclusivity for the DJ service and the right to control directly the music sessions and sound volume, which are subjected to the criteria of the person designated by the hotel. In case of complaints reported due to noise, the music performance has to stop at the precise moment in which the hotel communicates it. The service “Ball Room” includes sound equipment, lights and DJ; for the price of 280.00 € for 3 hours.

Other conditions. If the customer wants to have any external service of any kind, he needs the approval of the hotel. The entrance of any external food product to the hotel is prohibited, please consult our suppliers. If the client brings any external object to the hotel for the celebration (decoration, guest gifts, etc.), the hotel will receive them but we do not take the responsibility for its damages caused or its loss. In case of delay of the service contracted for any other reason outside the hotel (photographs, speeches etc) the hotel will have the right to charge an extra cost as the result of the cost that the delay may cause. The customer is responsible for any damages caused by their guests in the hotel’s facilities and/or to other customers. In special the customer assumes compensate the hotel in relation for any fine imposed by the breaking of the rules by you and/or your guests of the Spanish legislation “Ley 28/2005, 26 de Diciembre, sobre el Tabaquismo” having to pay the total amount, for this reason, imposed to the hotel.
