Each project showcases all my knowledge, passion, and dedication to architecture itself. From a range of residential to commercial projects, it demonstrates my abilities to adapt, endure, and overcome design challenges.

PROFESSIONAL SETTING INMOBILIARIA DMUCO

MADEIRAS IS A MASSIVE COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL PROJECT WITH MORE THAN 1795 M2 FOR COMMERCIAL SPACE. THERE ARE SEVEN FLOORS AND A ROOFTOP WITH A GYM. MULTIPURPOSE ROOM AND CO-WORKING AREA. IT HAS 294 APARTMENTS WITH A VARIETY OF TERRACES AND BALCONIES.

This floor has 42 units, each with a bedroom, living room, closet, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. Half of them have a balcony, and the other half have a terrace.

This floor has 42 units, each with a bedroom, living room, closet, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. 22 of them have a balcony.

A rooftop equipped with a gym, multipurpose room, a co-working space and two separate common areas.

RESIDENTIAL CIUDAD GUZMAN, MEXICO • 2021 UNDER CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONAL SETTING INMOBILIARIA DMUCO

PASEO MEXICO 86 IT’S INSPIRED BY THE OLYMPIC GAMES OF 1986. IT’S A GATED COMMUNITY WITH 64 BUILDING LOTS, AND 18 , 3 STOREY HOUSES, EACH ONE OF 218.35 M2. THERE ARE A LOT OF GREEN SPACES, A PARK WITH A CHILDS PLAYGROUND, ONE WITH A POOL AND TERRACE AREA AND A LINEAR PARK THAT CONNECTS BOTH.

Park 1 is a recreational area with green spaces, picnic stations, a terrace, a lounge area, a jogging area, and a pool.

Park 2 is the biggest natural area of this project; it has a fraction of the natural terrain and a children’s playground.

TARENA IS A SPECIAL PROJECT, ITS LOCATED IN A DESIGNATED AREA OF THE CITY CALLED HISTORICAL CITY CENTER. SOME SPECIAL DESIGNED ELEMENTS WERE REQUIERED TO START THE PROJECT. THERE ARE MORE THAN 90 M2 FOR COMMERCIAL SPACE. THERE ARE 6 FLOORS AND A ROOFTOP WITH DIFFERENT SPACES. IT HAS 39 APARTMENTS.

GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor starts with a commercial space of 90 m2. There are six apartments, each with a bedroom, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a closet, a laundry room, a bathroom, and a terrace.

SECOND FLOOR

On this floor, there are seven apartments, five of which are the same as the previous floor; one of the rest also has a walk-in closet and a restroom; and the other apartment has two rooms.

This floor has seven apartments, six of which are the same as the ground floor; the last apartment also has a restroom, a walk-in closet, and a massive terrace with a street view.

TRESEGO IS A SPECIAL PROJECT, ITS LOCATED IN A DESIGNATED AREA OF THE CITY CALLED HISTORICAL CITY CENTER. SOME SPECIAL DESIGNED ELEMENTS WERE REQUIERED TO START THE PROJECT. THERE ARE MORE THAN 150 M2 FOR COMMERCIAL SPACE. THERE ARE 5 FLOORS AND A ROOFTOP WITH DIFFERENT SPACES. IT HAS 57 APARTMENTS.

There are 12 apartments, each of which has the same specifications as the ground floor.
