Adrienne Terese Jones is a native of South Carolina, where she attended the Orangeburg County District public school system. She completed her Bachelor ofArts degree in Human Resources Management from Winthrop University. She then continued her studies at Strayer University completing a master’s degree in PublicAdministration. Her career spans from Social Service, Social Work, Case Management, and Community Service.Adrienne has dedicated her life’s work to working with Seniors, being a firm advocate for their healthcare, social well-being, and as an elder care specialist. With over a decade of experience working for the department of Disabilities & Special Needs Board compiled the many years and devotion she has towards social service. She is now the CEO ofAbundant Care Case Management which allows her to provide excellent service and care, bridging the gap for many seniors who are unable to seek assistance on their own.

Adrienne is also the Founder/Chairperson of Orange Hopes Senior Initiatives, a nonprofit organization that allows her to put her passion to work. Through her organization, she provides a safe haven for seniors to network through her annual Orange Hopes Conference,Alzheimer’s Walk, periodic fundraisers, and care packages delivered monthly. The foundation reaches those who need real-life connections and support. She is also a member of the advisory council of theAmerican Society ofAging, on the planning committee of the Walk 2 EndAlzheimer’s Association, and a member of the NationalAssociation of Case Management. Through all the great contributionsAdrienne has made in her career, she is active in her church,Acts Missionary Baptist Church led by her father where she serves as a Missionary which affords her the privilege of encouraging and promoting senior initiatives.

Adrienne is the proud mother of two awesome adult sons, PastorAndrell D. (Krystal) Collier Greene and Ajani Tyriq Collier Belton. She has two grandchildren, Kayden and Kamora. Adrienne enjoys reading, traveling, fellowshipping with her church members, and being with her family.As she continues to inspire others, she believes that you should always let your light shine. HOLISTIC HEALTH & WELLNESS COACH

Dr. Mercia Williams was raised in Jamaica and migrated to the United States at a young age.After completing her undergrad uate in Business Administration atAmerican InterContinental University where she graduated with a 4.0 GPAshe went on to earn her PhD at Capella University where she graduated with distinction and was honored with the Dean’s award.

She later attended Dr. Sears Wellness Institute where she studied and earn her certificate as a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. Dr. Williams opened her business as a holistic practitioner and was soon honored with an award for Women Empowerment for her compassion in helping her clients to cope with life’s issues and to live a healthier lifestyle.

Following her education as a health coach, she went on to further studies and is now a licensed medical aesthetician. She has completed courses in body sculpting and non-invasive aesthetics. She gained significant experience in all aspects of skin and body care and foundational techniques in body sculpting to help her clients look and feel their best.

Dr. Williams decided to expand her wellness company in the southeast region adding body sculpting and other non-invasive services.As a female, Caribbean-American medical aesthetician, she offers a unique perspective on non-invasive aesthetic. She is dedicated to providing excellent care to her patients and is committed to advancing the art and science of non -invasive aesthetic, body sculpting, and is also a licensed non-invasive aesthetic instructor at MRW Wellness & Body Bar.

PROFESSOR | CHILD CARE OWNER

Professor Joy Maxwell, has nearly 20 years experience in education and childcare, including roles in after school program development, curriculum building and family engagement initiatives.

Professor Joy is a proud graduate of Eastern University where she received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, and Multi Cultural Education.After a short break Professor Joy returned to the classroom to pursue a masters in Child Psychology and school counseling. Professor Joy graduated with her second master’s degree in 2017 from Gwynedd Mercy University. She is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in educational leadership where she plans to research the effects of social emotional development on inner city youth.

Prior to her role as a Childcare owner, Joy spent 10 years as an elementary school teacher, adjunct professor and curriculum developer for the City of Philadelphia. Joy’s first job in childcare was when she was 14 years old while in high school. Joy worked her way from a teachers aid, teacher, Family childcare provider and now a multi center owner and college professor.

Joy is also the owner of Thejoyofchildcare.com, a consultant firm that specializes in providing proven strategies to help providers eliminate the frustration of owning a childcare facility.
